Hand harvested and destemmed, the grapes are specifically grown for ros, ensuring a unique and focused wine. Fermentation takes place in used barrels of varying sizes, followed by 8 months of levage in 500 liter barrels with no batonnage. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfur,
